DELIVERIES to the carrier are made within 24 hours of the order confirmation.

SHIPMENT is free of charge for orders equal to or higher than Euro 49,00 (for lower orders the payment of Euro 8,99 is required). The products will be delivered by express courier (in 24/48 hours) and it is required to be present at the delivery address. If the delivery does not go through due to failure to collect, the goods will be stored at the courier point of collection.

PAYMENT may be made:
– cash on delivery (the express courier is also entitled to receive payment by cheque from a bank account made out to Habitat Italiana Srl);
– by bank transfer in favour of Habitat italiana Srl – BANCA PASSASDORE – IBAN: IT 12 F 03332 11200 00 02 41 16 50, taking care to send the seller a copy of the payment made to info@texpir.com to proceed with the preparation and shipment of the order;
– by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and prepaid) via secure server with TLS – Transport Layer Security security.

The WARRANTY of the products is 30 YEARS and does not include damage due to incorrect use or bad maintenance (incorrect washing, ironing or drying at high temperatures, etc.).
Keep the invoice for warranty purposes.
Handle the packaging carefully, and when opening the protective casings avoid the use of scissors that can damage the fabric.
